brightness of monitor or lcd before start the work at night with the help of
button situated on bottom or at side. Sitting in front of computer screen with
more light at night can be dangerous, and may cause several

neuron which brings sleep. For staying healthy and spending active life requires that sitting in front of the computer screen with more light at night should be avoided.
